Are you a professional working on the frontline?

Our FREE virtual Hub offers you live information about local community options in a friendly ‘Teams chat’ environment right on your desktop!

At any time, you can ask a quick question about what might be available to help people stay well and independent in their community. Building our local knowledge together, plus keeping it relevant and personalised, saves you time in finding creative options for community support and helps us to build even more knowledge to help others – fast!

You will also:

  • Hear about what’s going on across Dorset
  • Understand any urgent messages and calls to action from the Integrated Care Partnership
  • Contribute your knowledge and expertise to a collaborative live learning environment.

Listen and Learn Events

We facilitate a quarterly listen and learn event for colleagues in our professional network, to understand what successes and challenges you have in finding community information and support. This learning is then collated and taken to the PAN Dorset Wellbeing Partnership Group, who will talk to various community providers and statutory partners to help strengthen our voluntary and community sector and fill the gaps in support across Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole.

How to join us

If you should leave your role or move to another organisation in the Integrated Care Partnership, please let us know so we can keep our contact list up to date.

What’s next?

As an infrastructure charity in Dorset, we have always held data and information about our members and we have used this information to publish, historically on paper, a directory of services. We have a duty to gather, maintain and share this information and we will continue to do this in a digital format.

Over the last year we have been in the process of updating and reviewing our digital systems which includes the introduction of an onlineService Finder’.

Our project is proudly sponsored by BCP Council and NHS Dorset
