We’re indebted to the tireless work of our volunteer trustees, without whom we couldn’t exist or help the voluntary and community sector of Bournemouth, Poole and Christchurch flourish.
Our trustees are ultimately legally responsible for Community Action Network. They govern the organisation, oversee the strategic direction and delegate tasks to our chief executive and staff team.
The board is made up of individuals from our local member organisations or co-opted to provide specific knowledge. They contribute to a wide range of skills and experience to the organisation.
Trustees are unpaid and give their time on a voluntary basis to support the organisation and wider voluntary and community sector in Bournemouth, Poole and Christchurch.
